Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actress. She has portrayed Tiffany Wilson in 2004's White Chicks, Danielle Brooks on USA Network TV series Covert Affairs, The Dr. Amber Volakis for Fox House as well as House House. Lura Grant appears featured on HBO Big Love. Francine Hanson appears in AMC Mad Men. Anne Dudek was an American actress best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. Her television appearances comprise the role of Dr. Amber Volakis, in Fox's House sitcom; Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran on the HBO drama Big Love. Dudek is a Massachusetts native who attended Northwestern University. It was where she was able to get her debut acting role as Lura Grant in The Iphigenia Cycle. The production went off-Broadway in New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her amazing performance. She was featured as one of the ten young theatre actors to watch by American Theater Magazine. Dudek was offered roles on television and big-screen. Matthew Heller was the husband of the incredibly talented actor from 2008-2016. Dudek was was born in Boston Massachusetts, on March 22, 1975. She was raised in Newton. In her early years, she studied at Northwestern University. She appeared in numerous theater productions and made her Broadway debut with Wrong Mountain. The following year, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for her role in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy she appeared in. She has since guest-starred on a number of other TV shows including Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under. In the first episode of Psych the actress was Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who was in a relationship with a student. Dudek had her first appearance on House in the fourth season, playing the character Amber Volakis. Amber is among the Dr. Gregory House's forty contenders for the position of an indefinite member of House's team. Her character appeared throughout the year, before she was killed off in House's Heart & Head finale. House saw her again as a figment in the Saviors episode of season five. Dudek also appeared on screen as Francine, the next-door neighbour on Mad Men and as Alby's adversarial wife in Big Love. Dudek was a part of Covert Affairs in 2010, portraying Danielle Brooks. She is the character's sister. In 2004, she played Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line heir to the family of White Chicks. She also was the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
